Is my policy automatically Renewed?
No. If you complete our renewal form online, your policy does NOT automatically get renewed. We won’t start cover until payment is taken (where applicable). We also need to issue a new cover note
I urgently need to renew – what should I do?
We will endeavour to make all renewals as quickly as possible. However, we recommend that for urgent renewals, you call our renewals team (lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm)
