What happens next?
If you complete our mid-term adjustment form online (below), we will call you back to confirm the requested adjustment. We will also take any further payments (where applicable). No cover is in force unless you are specifically advised by CIA Insurance Services by telephone, letter or email.
Is my policy automatically amended to include the adjustment?
No. If you complete our mid-term adjustment form online, your policy does NOT automatically get amended/ updated. We won’t start cover until payment is taken (where applicable). We may also need to issue a new cover note.
I have an urgent change to make – what should I do?
We will endeavour to make all adjustments as quickly as possible. However, we recommend that for urgent changes, you call us on 01788 818 600 (lines are open Mon to Fri 9am – 5.30pm, Sat 9am – 2pm)
